
Miss Crates’ class celebrated leap year by solving different math problems, doing 29 exercises, reading stories, & many fun activities!



Sophomore students enjoyed learning more about their next author, William Shakespeare! Students worked through stations scanning QR Codes that sent them to different articles and videos about British history and Shakespeare's career and plays.


Mrs. Welch's English students attended the Bluffton University English Festival. Students heard from Creative Writing majors and an author, Maurice Broaddus. Bella won the writing contest with her narrative titled "The Rise and Fall of CordBots." Emri received honorable mention.

3rd and 4th grade STEM Enrichment students are participating in First Lego League Explore - where they work in teams to learn the fundamentals of engineering, robotics, and coding. They also explore real world problems and create unique solutions.


5th Graders in Mrs. Ludwig's Class are studying natural disasters and push and pull factors. They used this information to write scripts and record news broadcasts.

Today Dr. Maddy from Auglaize Animal Hospital came in to speak to the preschoolers about being a veterinarian. Students learned what a vet is & dressed up to treat their animals. They learned how to wrap their animals & how to administer "medicine & shots". Thank you Dr. Maddy!

Students in Mrs. Searson's 7th grade writing class explored a new realm of writing by producing podcasts. Podcasts covered topics including: dog breeds, dog health and nutrition, the geography of the track, the importance of checkpoints, preparations, and many more!

Our Elementary students had a fun-filled week celebrating Valentine's Day last week. The students had been flexing their creative muscles in Miss Presar's technology class by designing their Valentine's Day bags that they used during their Valentine's Day parties.

W-G's FFA attended the Sunrise Cooperative Career Day 2024.


For the Lunar New Year, Miss Brinkman worked with some of the Elementary students and talked about the Holiday along with how people celebrate it. They made Fans, lanterns, dragons and decorated the symbol.
