Attached you will find the lifting times for our Summer Strength and Conditioning Program. Just a reminder, these will be 90 minute workouts. If you're scheduled at 8:00 am you will be completed and out of the door by 9:30 am. We will be starting this on Monday morning, May 31st at 8:00 am. Students may enter the W1 doors. If ANY student athletes in JH/HS that haven't signed up and would like to join, please let us know!

Students athletes are also encouraged to attend as we will have our fall coaches present to pass out additional information/schedules for this summer and fall.
