
The playground will be closed beginning Thursday and continuing for a few days afterward. The contractors will be pouring the rubber ground coating to finish up the project. We will send another message when the playground reopens.

Schedule Changes for 4/6
Today's JH BB game and HS SB game have been postponed. JH BB will now play Wapak next Thursday at 5:00 pm. HS SB vs P-G is TBD.
HS Track will still travel to Celina tonight for the Celina Relays starting at 4:45pm
Saturday, HS BB/SB will play DH's at Cory-Rawson starting at 10:00 am. They will be a 7 inn game followed by a 5 inn game.

Due to pending inclement weather and safety of our students and families, WG SCHOOLS will be CLOSED today, Wednesday, April 5. This will be a remote learning day. Kindergarten screening will be rescheduled for a later date and time.

Spanish 2 read the urban legend, El Cucuy, which is so oftenly compared to the United State's Boogeyman.After, students were tasked with the job to create their 3D monster and next, they are completing a story and a speech to accompany.They will be presenting their legends today!





The chicks from the Auglaize County 4-H hatched! 4-H brings us fertilized eggs so that the third graders can learn about the life cycle of a chick. After they hatch, the students are able to hold and play with them for a day before they are returned to the Auglaize county 4-H.





The WG Baseball team is hosting a Dine & Donate night on Wednesday, April 12 from 5:00-8:00!

Last night was great night for W-G student Kyra Sutherland and all the Auglaize County students that were recognized as Franklin B. Walter recipients.Congrats to Mrs. Luann Lee and the other educators recognized as honored & influential teachers as well! Amazing night!



Due to fog, WG Schools will be on a 2 hour delay with Plan B Preschool today, Tuesday, March 28.

Tomorrow's Opening Day games for HS SB and HS BB have been postponed due to field conditions and pending weather. Make up dates for both games will be determined at a later time.


MakerDen Capstone students are putting their design skills to good use;teaming with community members on several projects-invitations for the Athletic Dept's upcoming dance,a commemorative ornament in celebration of Waynesfield's 175th and a cover for the PreK's book publication.

W-G is pleased to announce that Mary Rutan Hospital will be opening a community health clinic in the District Board Office building. Remodeling of the space began today, hence why you may have noticed the dumpster on the south side of the building. The remodeling and cost of the facility is being fully funded by the hospital with no cost to the school district. They plan to open the health clinic prior to next school year and it will be available for use by anyone in the community. We are excited to share more information as the project progresses.
