The Waynesfield-Goshen Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 8:00 AM in the District Board Office Building for the purpose of employing staff to fill current vacancies.


WG faculty, staff, former students (now employed by Rhodes), and current students pose together for a picture during Rhodesology - a summer STEM camp put on by Rhodes State college.

If for some reason you ordered "extra shirts" - they can be picked up when you drop off your kiddo tomorrow morning!


Our mini cheerleaders had another great day! Today they played many games and practiced hard for their performance on Friday.
Reminder that the theme for tomorrow was sent home yesterday with your kiddos as each group has a different theme!


These mini cheerleaders had a great start at their first day of cheer camp! From lunch and some practice outside to small group bonding, it looks like they had a great first day!
Reminder that tomorrow the spirit wear is "Whacky Wednesday". Coach Crates and the high school cheerleaders are anxious to see how crazy your outfits will be tomorrow!




Coach Clum and the high school boys basketball team held their annual youth boys basketball camp last week! We can't wait to see what happens for our tigers this coming year for all ages. Go Tigers!



The school playground will be closed tomorrow and Saturday as annual resealing of the playground surface takes place. It will be back open as normal later this weekend.

Mr. Crites and some of our band members took a trip to Ft. Wayne where they visited the Sweetwater Music store and attended a Tin Caps baseball game. Band members ran the bases and watched a great fireworks show after the game !

A huge thank you to Reichelderfer Concessions for donating ice cream to Mrs. Casey's preschool class! The kiddos loved it!


Mrs. Barrington's 8th Grade Science students put their knowledge of potential and kinetic energy to work by building Paper Marble Roller Coasters!


Mrs. Burden and Mrs. Zechman took their 2nd graders to the park yesterday for an afternoon of some fun in the sun!


4/5 students were challenged with getting their payload safely to the surface by designing and building a lander that protects a raw egg that's dropped from up high. Stay tuned to see whose crafts were able to best protect their egg passenger when we drop them from the stadium bleachers next week!

This morning our Senior Class took their final walk in the hallways of Waynesfield-Goshen where they were applauded by their teachers, families & fellow students. Congratulations to the Class of 2024! We will see you all Sunday at the Graduation Ceremony.


The annual W-G FFA Ag Day was held on May, 8th featuring live animals, farm equipment and a flower transplanting demonstration sponsored by Lazy Day Farms. Elementary students all received a flower to take home!
