
Our elementary students have been doing some amazing work for first two days of Red Ribbon Week, Pajama Day and Movie Character Day! Reminder - tomorrow is jersey day!

Mrs. Lee's Geology students recently completed a field study of rocks and fossils on Kelley's Island in Lake Erie. They identified limestone, dolomite, various glacial erratic's, and several fossils from the Ordovician and Silurian periods.

Our FFA students were able to take a tour of the Robotic Welder Manufacturer. They said this was impressive!

Last year Mrs. Casey's class did a year long pumpkin life cycle project called Pumpkin Jack. When they left in the spring Pumpkin Jack was a sprout in a container, but now he is a pumpkin! Mrs. Casey invited her class back from last year to see the changes Pumpkin Jack made. They were so excited! This year's preschoolers began their Pumpkin Jack experiment!



Earlier this week, our 5th grade band had their first concert for their parents to come and watch!


Last night, our marching band participated in Wapak's Halloween Parade!


The yearbook staff has already begun and would love for you to purchase one of the 24-25 yearbooks! They have a goal to sell 200 yearbooks this year! Let's make it happen!!!


The last couple weeks, Miss Brinkman's k-5 art students have been working on their Halloween themed projects. These will be up for Parent/Teacher conferences for everyone to see!


Mrs. Barrington's 8th grade science class used graham crackers and icing to simulate the different plate movements and to visualize what landforms could be created.

Our Kindergarten had a BLAST visiting Suters Farm yesterday! They got to learn about nature, ride a hayride, choose a pumpkin, & were even gifted themed coloring books & stickers!


W-G FFA Members tour Rodes Meats, a new processing facility in Delphos, OH on their way to attend the 97th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis.

Safe travels to some of our FFA students and Mr. Schnippel as they headed out bright and early this morning to the 97th National FFA Convention!


WG sent 6 junior representatives to the annual OHSAA Student Leadership Conference at Princeton HS in Cincinnati. This year's theme "I See You" focused on providing students with the tools to create a transformational culture, one that builds strong character and leadership traits. The type of traits that will benefit them, their school and community.


The W-G Cheerleaders want to thank everyone who donated/sponsored our Breast Cancer Fundraiser. We were able to donate $1,000 to The James Breast Cancer Care Center in Columbus!
