Yesterday Mrs. Casey's class took part in a cookie election! Students tasted a chocolate chip cookie and an Oreo. Then they had the big job of deciding which would be named the best cookie! It was a tight race, but Oreos was the winner! Students also made American Flags to gift to the Veterans at the Veterans Day dinner next week!


Last night the NWCC recognized the 1st Team award winners at Cory-Rawson for the fall season. Congratulations to our Tigers who were recognized! Jace Kaufman, Grant Breitigam, Layden Porter, Noah Dotson, Avery Kessen, Emma Pence, Abby Dulebohn, Tatelyn Faraglia and Bella Fry.

Yesterday, Rhodes State College had a Mobile Lab come to W-G. Students participated in various stations where they engaged in hands-on ways through the use of technology.
Kindergarten and First Grade even had a station of slime!



Happy Halloween from some of our students here at W-G! We hope to see you all around town tonight trick-or-treating! Be sure to stop by the school and visit some of your teachers for Trunk or Treat in the parking lot!




Mr. Downey's strength and conditioning classes along with his athletic training classes for this semester took a field trip to the University of Findlay. They were able to look around the facilities while also exploring the acl rehab and testing center.


Our elementary students tackled Red Ribbon Week today by wearing their favorite jersey and "rooting for a drug free life!" Reminder - tomorrow is "Say BOO To Drugs" so be sure to wear your best halloween costume!
