Dear parents and students,
As you know, Governor DeWine has encouraged local schools to partner with health care providers in the region to offer on-site COVID-19 vaccination clinics. While vaccines are not mandatory, they are highly encouraged to ensure the health and safety of our students, our families and our community. Currently, the Pfizer vaccine is approved for anyone ages 12 and up.
With this in mind, local healthcare partners from Mercy Health will be at our school on Thursday, May 20 from 4-6pm to administer the Pfizer vaccine to anyone who is interested. (A second dose clinic will also be on-site 3 weeks later) Any student, family member or community member is welcome to register. Those under the age of 18 do require parental consent when registering.

- Click ‘Check Eligibility and Book My Appointment’
- Complete the Questionnaire
- Enter your preferred vaccine site location provided – you can enter ‘Waynesfield’
- Click ‘See Availability’
- Select your time
- Click Continue
- Complete all the information and click continue
- You will be sent a security code, enter it and complete appointment
Registrations are due by the end of the day Wednesday, May 19. Walk-ins will be accepted if extra doses are available.
