What do I need and when do I need to be there?

-You are to be on the track ready to warm up at 11:00. Drivers are to park in front of the elementary on the west side of the school. Coach Hennon will shuttle people between 10:15 and 10:45. If you arrive after that, YOU WALK.

- Tennis ball markers and batons are in the coach's office. I have them counted and we better have the same or more at the end of the day. Sprint relays use gate style markers (1 in middle of lane and 1 on lane line). They will only be needed in 4 x 1 and sprint medley. All other hand-offs will be open style.

- Please know your exchange zones. 4 x 1 (yellow to yellow), 4 x 2 (first two are red to red, anchor is yellow to yellow). You must receive the baton between the large triangles. The small triangles mark the acceleration zone. If you do not know which is which, ASK!. 4 x 4 and all others are blue to blue.

- The weather forecast is for rain all day. Pack accordingly. Coach Hennon can let you into the locker room to change and dry off. The tent will provide cover also. Bring a trash bag to put your bag and stuff into so that it will not get wet. Bringing at towel or two might be a good idea. Again NO EXCUSES for being unprepared.

- Uniforms -Uniforms will be set out in the locker room. You should know your number. Be sure that all shorts and tights are legal. DQ's for uniform violations are your fault. You have been trained on what is legal and what is not. Did you pay attention? Any uniform violations will be faulted to the entire relay for not checking their teammates and caring for them.
