FRIDAY 3/24/2017 – W-G OVT&F  - Pre-meet practice” – Spikes/water bottle/batons/measuring tapes – “On the track” 3:20 pm – WSJA – 1 lap – Captains stretch; Captains agilities – EVENT practice – SPRINTERS – Relay work first – Coach Epperly;; then block practice; RUNNERS – Coach Hennon -  20 minute run; relay work as needed; 2-3 165 run out starts; THROWS – Coach Schnippel ; HURDLERS– warm-ups; walkovers; Review shuttle hurdle team order and “finish/start combinations” PV – spikes and poles - Full approach vaults; HJ approaches and jumps with bar; TJ/LJ – approaches, review landings. Cool down on grass- TEAM STRETCH – No WR tonight – Good weather for event practice.  If you need new 1/4 inch cone spikes, get them tonight so you’ll be ready to go tomorrow!! GO TIGERS!!!
