TUESDAY – 3/21/2017 – W-G OVT&F – Water bottle - Sprinters and jumpers will need spikes.  “Conditioning/event day” – “On the Track” 3:20 pm -  Set up HJ mats, PV mats, Throws cage – Then WSJA – 2 laps; Fence; Captain’s stretch; Agilities 30-60-90  - DRINK - THROWS – Coach Schnippel; RUNNERS – Coach Hennon – “80/90 second Challenge” – 1200, 800, 600, 400, 200 - Guys/Gals – 4:00/4:30; 2:40/3:00; 2:00/2:15; 1:20/1:30; :40/45. S/H/J’s – Sand hops; Long stride accels; 10 x 100m accels WB recovery 1:30 send-off  on the grass;  SPRINTERS – Block starts 6x40m; HURDLERS – Walkovers; 6 m; Starts over 6 low hurdles x 8 reps.; HJ – 3-5 step approaches after HJ WU drills; No vault drills today. LJ/TJ – approaches (will need a measuring tape). No WR tonight – Event practice. GO TIGERS!!!
