MONDAY – 3/20/2017 – W-G OVT&F – Look for “Remind” on practice location – “Conditioning/Event Day” 3:20 “On the track”  (warm clothes/water bottle) - Set up PV mats, HJ mats, Throws Cage – Then WSJA, Fence Drill; Agilities; 30-60-90. – DRINK - S/H/J’s – 12x Hill runs; Sand pit hops, 10x 100m WB recovery 1:30 send-off; THROWS – Coach Schnipple; RUNNERS – Coach Hennon - “80/90 second Challenge” Guys – 1200, 800, 600, 400, 200 – 80 second 400m pace – 4 mins; 2:40; 200 mins; 1:20; 40  3 minutes recovery; Gals 1200, 800, 600, 400, 40  - 90 second 400m pace -  4:30; 3 mins; 2:15; 1:30; 45 secs. same recovery. SPRINTERS – Block starts – 6x40m; - HURDLES – Ivies, walkovers,  gallops, 6m, then 8x 6 low hurdle runs from standing start; - HJ –  arches, flops, circles, 3 and 5 step approach with bungee; -  LJ/TJ approach runs (will need a tape measure). No vault drills today. TEAM STRETCH. WR open until 5PM. GO TIGERS!!!
