THURSDAY – 3/16/2017 –  W-G HS OVT&F – Be ready to go inside or outside this afternoon (hat, gloves, warm-up suits, water bottle). Outside locker rooms will be open. “Event/Recovery Day” – ‘97 Gym – 3:15 pm – WSJA – 2 min run; Captain’s stretch-2 min run;  Tiger Agilities; Carpet push; – DRINK – Hurdle Hop Accel x 6; then Runners with Coach Hennon for  4x5min runs 3 mins recovery; Throws with Coach Schnipple; S/H/J’S  4 lap runs (Circle runs in gym @ 350m) x 3; –DRINK – Sprinters – Block starts; Hurdle’s –Ivies; low hurdle gallops; 1st 2 low hurdle standing starts for shuttle hurdles; Jumpers – LJ/TJ landings. Team stretch. WR open until 5 PM. GO TIGERS!!!
