Today's workout

MONDAY – 3/13/2017 – W-G HS OVT&F –  “Beginning today the outdoor training cycles” – “Conditioning Day”  –  WR open at 2 PM –  Individual Event workouts will be posted for Sprinters,  Runners, Jumpers, Vaulters, Hurdlers and Throwers.  Track Practice at 3 PM in the ‘97 Gym. WSJA – 2 min run; Captain’s stretch – Senior leaders organize Jrs.; Sophs, Frosh, in Warm-up formation rows) – 1 min run; Wall Stretch-1 min run; Med ball wake ups – 8 to a ball – Throwers together-1 min run; Partner Ropes and Planks – 1 min run. Hydrants and Abs; –DRINK – Core exercise/Agilities; low hurdle accelerations x 6 WB recovery; Abs and Arms Tallahassee; First day Aerobic running 4 laps, 3 laps, 2 laps x 2-Rest while other groups runs. EASY PACE; DON’T RACE!!  - then Team Stretch.  WR open until 5 PM – Individual Event workouts posted in the WR. GO TIGERS!!!
