Today's workout

THURSDAY – 3/9/2017 – W-G HS OVT&F –  Water bottle/sweatshirt/hat - “Conditioning Day” – “On the track” 3:20 PM– WSJA – 1 lap; Hurdle Mo – 1 lap; Fence Drill – 1 lap;  Captain’s Stretch – 1 lap; Rope Drills;  DRINK – Core Exercise system/Agilities – DRINK -  Abs and Arms Tallahassee; THROWS: Coach Schnippel; RUNNERS: Coach Hennon; SPRINTS/HUIRDLES/JUMPS – Intro Fence Acceleration/Max Velocity Mechanics Drill; then 6 x Acceleration to Max Velocity over 4” hurdles; DRINK- 2x 300m-200m-100m WB recovery; 3 minute send-off. Team stretch. WR open until 5 pm. No practice/No WR tomorrow(Friday). Next Practice – 3 pm Monday 3/13 –  WR will be open (optional) at 2pm before practice on Monday. Outdoor locker rooms will be open, but practice most likely in the gym most of next week. GO TIGERS!!
