WEDNESDAY – 3/8/2017 – W-G HS OVT&F – “Conditioning Day” – Water bottle and Sweatshirt – “On the track” – 3:20 PM – WSJA 1 lap; Fence Drill –1 lap; Stretch Tallassee-1 lap; Medball wake-ups/Sit-ups – 1 lap; Partner Ropes and Planks – 1 lap; – drink – Abs and Arms Tallahassee;  -DRINK – THROWERS- with Coach Schnipple; RUNNERS -  with Coach Hennon –3 x 10 min run – around school or on grass – 3-4 mins recovery – strides on grass- Stretch; SPRINTS/HURDLES/JUMPS – Sand pit – 3 2 foot hopsx5; then on grass -  3x  2 foot hops/accels; 3 x long stride accels; 3 times drive stride accels; To the track – 6x 20M accel to high knee 4” hurdles(Max velocity drill); DRINK – 3x150 runs – WB recovery; 3 x 80 m run WB recovery. Team stretch – WR until 5PM. GO TIGERS!!!
