MONDAY – 2/6/2017/ – WGHS OT&F – Water bottle/sweatshirt- Outdoor locker rooms will be open -  “On the Track” – 3:20 PM - “1st Day 2017 Tiger Track and Field Outdoor Season!!!  – WSJA 1 lap; Fence Drill – 1 lap;  Coach’s Stretch – 1 lap; Ropes and planks; 4x30 sec Exercises Sit-ups; Push-ups, Mountain Climbers, Dots – DRINK – Core Exercises System/Team Agilities – 30 m,  60m, 90m acceleration runs; – DRINK – Everyone to Bear Mountain – 12 Hill runs – WB recovery – Drink – Sand pit x 5 hops; to Football field – long strides x3 WB; Drive stride x 3 WB; Hop, Hop, Hop accel x3  - DRINK – 10 x 100m – Gals 22 seconds, Guys 20 seconds – 1:30 WB recovery – TEAM STRETCH – WR open until 5 PM. GO TIGERS !!!
