TUESDAY – 2/21/2017 – WGHS IVT&F – “Recovery Day” – 3:10 Auditeria Hall – WJSA – 2 laps; Wall Drill – 2 laps; high knee hurdle accels x 6; Captain’s stretch; Core Exercise System; DRINK – Ropes and Planks; Combine Tallahassee; 6x40m accelerations; Team stretch – WR open until 5 PM. THROWS – incline bench; hang cleans – RUNNERS – AB workout; lunges – JUMPS – box step ups; wall squats; light, quick, explosive jump squats 4 sets of 3 – DB’s or Bear; VAULTERS – chins, dips, fig 4 swing ups in Roman chair or on flat bench; SPRINTS/HURDLES – single leg bench squats 3 sets of 6 each side; fast hands with light DB’s; lunges. GO TIGERS!!!
