Elsewhere in the meet Tyler Eller lowered his 400 meter to 51.17 and is also in the top eight. Gabe James broke 20 for the first time in long jump to move up the ranking list. Caitlin Hinds broke through big with a 31 foot effort in the triple jump, Audra Meeks lenghtened her triple effort to 29-3, and Bailie Barrington broke the 2:30 mark in the 800. One week of qualifying left. Let's "fill the bus" for the state meet. Currently we have automatic marks in the 60 (2), 400, 200, LJ, PV, TJ, Weight throw, 4 x 2 and 4 x 4 for boys and HJ and TJ for girls with other athletes very close to auto marks.
