Today's workout

WEDNESDAY – 2/15/2017 – WGHS iVT&F – “Conditioning Day” – 3:10 PM – Auditeria Hall – WSJA 2 laps; Wall drill- 2 laps; Captain’s stretch; Captain’s agilities; DRINK – RUNNERS 3x 4 laps) 600m – 1:45-2 mins or 35-40 sec 200m pace. 5-6 mins recovery;  S/H/J’s – 2 laps, then 1 lap (300m, rest then 150 m; 3 mins between x 3 (6 runs total);  fast  pace. Captain’s stretch. WR open until 5 PM.  THROWERS – Weight Throw Drills in MP room. RUNNERS - high rep light weight DB lunges; abs and back hypers;  JUMPS – Bear 3x3 heavy; same for leg press; SPRINTS – hang cleans; jump DB squats. THROWS -  Leg press; squats. Each workout should take only 15-20 minutes.  GO TIGERS!!!
