THURSDAY – 2/8/2018 – “Maintaining Conditioning” – 1. WSJA – 2 laps; 2. 7 station stretch circuit: Wall, Ropes, Foam Roll, 4 stretches, Hydrants, Bands, Up Dog/ superman’s. 3. “3 X” Tallahassee.  4. 4x40m “Warm-up accelerations” – Focus on proper mechanics accelerating slow to fast – DRINK – 5. Conditioning – 4-3-2; 3-2 – 2 mins recovery – 5 mins between sets -  Running pace – not a sprint – Aerobic workout focus.  6. Team stretch. 7. WR open until 4:30 PM.  – Know your concession stand assignment!! TJ’s/LJ’s tomorrow (Friday)in MP room. GO TIGERS!!!
