WEDNESDAY – 2/7/2018 – “Recovery Day” – THROWERS to MP Room; Everyone else – Auditeria Hall – 3:15 PM – 1. WSJA – 2 laps; 2. Wall stretch – 2 laps; 3. Captain’s stretch – 2 laps; 4. Captain’s Agilities – DRINK – 5. 8 minute mile  6. 8 x 40 m accels -  40m WB recovery – a least 1 minute recovery. 7. Captain’s stretch.  WR open until 5 pm. Strength (legs or shoulders + core today) – Strength and plios  tomorrow. GO TIGERS!!!
