Tuesday workout

TUESDAY – 2/6/2018 – “Maintaining Conditioning” – Everyone – Auditeria Hall – 3:15 PM – 1. WSJA – 2 laps; 2. Wall stretch – 2 laps; 3. Hydrants – 2 laps; 4. Ropes and planks; 5 Abs and Arms Tallahassee – DRINK – 6. Agilities and Dynamic stretch; 7. DRINK – Throwers 4 x 40m  WB recovery; Everyone 4x4 laps – running pace – Guys no faster than 2:10-2:20 ( 32-35 second laps); Gals – No faster than 2:40 (40 second laps). Gals-run at a pace that you can finish all 4 reps. WR open until 5 pm. This is a good week to work on strength and power (box jumps, jump squats, DB lunges, Abs and Back extensions – (back hyper machine or “Supermans”). GO TIGERS!!!
