THURSDAY – 2/1/2018 – Recovery Day – Everyone – Big gym – 3:15PM – 1. WSJA – 2 minutes; 2. Wall stretch – 2 minutes; 3. 7 station stretch circuit (Ropes, Foam Rollers; 4 stretches, Bands, 4 Hydrants, Window Ladder, Abs and Core.  4. Team Dynamic stretches – DRINK – 5. 4 inch hurdle accelerations x 6  6. Relay teams baton passes in auditeria halls. 7. Hurdlers in main gym. 8.Team stretch – WR open until 5PM.GO TIGERS!!!
