WEDNESDAY – 1/31/2018 – THROWERS in MP room – “Everyone else” – Auditeria Hall – 3:15 PM – 1. WSJA – 2 laps; 2. Wall stretch – 2 laps; 3. Captain’s stretch; 4. Captain’s agilities – DRINK -  Everyone – 3-2-1, 2-1, 1 – “race pace!”  3 mins -  5 mins between sets 1 and 2. “Sharpening for Saturday’s meet.” Recovery day tomorrow. Spaghetti supper on Friday!! – WR until 5 pm tonight. Keep up the good work on your event training in the WR.   GO TIGERS!!!
