Monday workout

MONDAY – 1/29/2018 – THROWERS to MP room – “Everyone else” – Auditeria Hall – 3:15: 1. WSJA;  2.Wall stretch – 2 laps; 3. Captain’s stretch – 2 laps; Captain’s Agilities; – DRINK – EVERYONE – 4-3-2-3-2- with 3 mins rest - fast pace; but not all out sprint (3-2-1-2-1-1 scheduled for Wednesday to sharpen for Saturday’s meet); Captain’s Team stretch. WR open until 5 PM. Check Wall char in the WR  for your individual event workouts. Do at least 3 of the suggested workouts for your event. RUNNERS – Great Ab/core work last Thursday! Remember back hypers or Super man’s when doing ab work.  GO TIGERS!!!
