WEDNESDAY – 1/24/2018 – Recovery Day/THROWERS to MP room – Auditeria Hall – 3:15 PM – 1. WSJA – 2 laps; Wall stretch – 2 laps; 3. Captain’s stretch 4. Captain’s agilities; – DRINK 5. Abs and arms Tallahassee – DRINK – 6. Everyone -  5x3 lap runs (recovery run speed – not a sprint!) 3 mins recovery – 7. Team stretch – 8. WR open until 5pm – All events see wall charts for suggested WR workouts. GO TIGERS!!!
