TUESDAY – 1/23/2018 – Conditioning Day – Auditeria Hall -  3:15 PM – “Everyone”;  - 1. WSJA – 2 laps; 2. Wall stretch – 2 laps; 3. Team Hydrants – 4. Ropes and planks – 5. Dynamic stretch system – 4x40 m Accelerations – DRINK – Everyone – Speed Endurance I Training - 4-3-2 x 2  - 3 mins recovery -  Team stretch – WR open until 5 pm. WR workouts – S/H/J’s – Bear – 3x5 –Leg press or bar squats or heavy DB squats -  3x5;  then Explosive DB jump squats 3x3. THROWS – incline bench bar press; heavy DB incline bench press; hang cleans 3x5. RUNNERS – ABS and Core work; Back extension on Back Hyper machine; DB lunges or wall squats; Leg flexion/extension on machine. GO TIGERS!!!
