WEDNESDAY – 1/18/2018 – Conditioning Day – THROWERS in MP Room – 3:15 PM;  Everyone Else – Auditeria Hall 3:15 PM – 1. WSJA – 2 laps; 2. Wall stretch – 2 laps; 3; Hydrants 4) and Planks(4) Tallahassee; 4. Captain’s Agilities; – DRINK- RUNNERS – 4-3-2-3 – fast - 3 mins recovery – (quality run-quality recovery); S/H/J/ – 3-2-1-2 fast 3 mins rest. Captain’s stretch; WR open until 5PM. THROWERS –  DB incline and decline bench-5x3 (heavy); RUNNERS – CORE- (Abs and Back extensions); DB Lunges, Wall squats; S/H/J’s Bear – 5x3 - heavy; finish with 5 singles – jump squats. GO TIGERS!!!
