TUESDAY – 1/16/2018 – Conditioning Day – 1. WSJA – 2 min run; 2. Wall Stretch – 2 min Run; 3. 7 Stretch Circuit; 4. Hydrants Tallahassee – DRINK -  5. Hurdle Accels x 4; 6. Runners and S/H/J’s – 5 x 2 laps, fast – 2 minutes recovery; THROWERS 5 x40m sprint – WB recover; WR open until 5 PM – RUNNERS -  Abs, lunges, rowing; THROWERS – incline bench; DB incline/decline bench, juimp squats on Bear – 3x3;  S/H/J’s – Wall squats, prisoner squats, DB jump squats, Bear. GO TIGERS!!!
