Dynamic Exercise system;  – DRINK – 8 min mile;  Conditioning – Runners – 5x3 laps “Fast” (U 80/100 secs.) – 3 mins;   S/H/J’s – 3-2-1-2-1-1 – Fast – 3 mins.; THROWERS”"-1 fast lap only with S/H/J’s; Team Stretch – WR open until 4:30 PM. GO TIGERS!!!
