WEDNESDAY – 1/10/2018 – Recovery day/Auditeria Hall – 3:15 PM – (THROWERS in MP room ) -  1. WSJA-2 laps; 2. Wall stretch-2 laps; 3. Ropes and Balance-2 laps;  4. Captain’s stretch – DRINK- 5. Captain’s Agilities; 6. Abs and Arms Tallahassee;  Everyone 6x40 m accelerations; 7. Team stretch; 8. WR open until 5pm – HJ/TJ/LJ’s -  Bear or DB  prisoner squats 3x10; Runners- Abs; DB lunges; DB wall squats; Throwers – DB and bar incline bench. GO TIGERS!!!
