TUESDAY – 1/9/2018 – Conditioning day – ONU – King-Horn Center – *No practice for THROWERS today” – WSJA, Wall, Agilitiy Warm-up; Sprinters and Hurdlers – Sprint warm-up drills/Block Drills; Hurdle Warm-up drills/Starts; TJ/LJ practice; Runners – 8 lap jog warm-up alternating speeds - 4x 600 fast-5 min. recovery. S/H/J – 250-150-80x2- fast 8-10 mins between sets; 3 min recovery. GO TIGERS!!!
