Dynamic Tallahassee – DRINK – 7. 4” hurdle accels x 4. 8. Team 30 min accels x 5. 9. To Auditeria Halls – Runners – 4x6 laps – 3 mins/3:30 – 2 mins recovery;  S/H/J’s 5 x 3 laps – Guys under 1:30; Gals under 2 min. 2 min recovery. THROWERS to WR.  Captain’s stretch. WR open until 2 pm. GO TIGERS!!!!
