THURSDAY – 12/28/2017 – Throwers, Runners, S/H/J’s meet in 97’ gym – 12PM –  (Conditioning Day) 1.WSJA – 2 min. jog 2. Wall Drill-2 min jog. 3. Med ball Wake-ups. 4. Partner Ropes and planks 5. Hydrants Tallahassee  6. “Chair bounds”x six  7. (THROWERS to MP Room for Weight Throw workout) –all others  8 minute mile. 8 To Auditeria Halls for Run conditioning – Runners – 6 x 3 laps-Guys 80-85; Gals 90-95 2 mins. -  S/H/J’s 6x2 laps 2 mins – Guys under 60; Gals under 75. Captain’s stretch. WR open until  2PM. GO TIGERS!!!
