Wednesday workout

WEDNESDAY – 12/27/2017 – THROWERS in MP room 12-1:30 pm- WR open until 2 pm. Runners-S/H/J’s – in ‘97 gym 12-1:15 PM – Hurdles practice afterward TBA. WR open until 2 pm.

1. WSJA-2 min run. 2. Wall stretch – 2 min run. 3. Ropes and Balance.  4. Captain’s stretch. 5. Captain’s Agilities. – DRINK -  6. Abs and Arms Tallahassee – finish with “Partner Ab Throws”

7. To Auditeria - Runners – 4 x 6 lap run – easy pace (approx. 5 minute run) – 3 mins recovery. S/H/ J/’s – 6 x 3 lap run – running pace – 2 min recovery. WR open until 2 pm.GO TIGERS!!!
