Thursday workout and Friday weight room info

THURSDAY 12/21/2017 – Conditioning/Event Day – ONU – Bus Leaves 10:30AM – home at 1:30PM. Sprints, hurdles, jumps bring spikes for event practice!! Team Warm-up WSJA 2 laps; Wall, Captain’s Stretch, Agilities -  – Individual Events; Sprints, Hurdles, HJ, LJ/TJ, Throws, Relay practice (batons). Runners – 1000, 800, 600,  400, 200 – running pace – gradually increasing pace with each new (shorter) rep. 3-4 mins recovery; S/H/J’s – 5x150 ; 5 x 80 accelerations; 5-6 mins between sets; 2 min recovery. Captain’s stretch.  GO TIGERS!!! WR open 9-10:30 AM tomorrow morning.
