Tuesday workout

Tuesday – 12/19/2017 – Conditioning/Event Day – ONU – Bus leaves at 3:15PM; home at 5:30PM. Warm-up; Wall Drill; Captain’s stretch, Captain’s agilities. Runners Conditioning – 5x600 (3 laps) – Easy pace- 3 min Rec; EVENTS – Hurdlers- WU drills, blocks to 2 hurdle starts; Sprinters – block starts, Start mechanics; LJ – WU approach, T.O. ; landings; TJ – same. S/H/J’s conditioning.  For 10 minutes - Accelerate curve – walk straight – emphasize curve running mechanics.  Baton drills??-TBA – Captain’s stretch. GO TIGERS!! Throwers bring shots and you can get some throws from the circle.
