Wednesday – 12/13/2017 – Conditioning Day – Auditeria Hall – 3:15 PM (Throwers in MP room) – 1.WSJA – 2 laps. 2. Wall Drill-2 laps; 3. Captain’s stretch-2 laps. 4. 4 Exercises (Push-ups, Sit-ups, Mountain climbers, Squat thrusts -  30 seconds each/30 seconds recovery). 5. Captain’s Agilities – DRINK – 6. Conditioning - S/H/J’s 5 x 3 laps (@ 350m) Guys 1:25; Gals 1:35 2 mins Rec.; Runners 4 x 5 laps (@800m) – Guys 3:15; gals 3:45. 3 mins recovery. 7. Captain’s stretch. 8. Weight Room until 4:30.
