Stretch Tallahassee.  7. Tiger Agilities. – DRINK –  8. Runners – 2 x 3 minute run; S/H/J/Throws – 6 x 40m accel/ WB recovery/ 2 min send-off. Captain’s stretch. WR open until 5PM.  GO TIGERS!!!
