Abs and Arms Tallahassee. – DRINK - 6. S/H/J 5x2 laps (@ 300m) – 2 mins recovery; Runners 4x3laps (@ 450m) -Guys 1:45; Gals 2:10-2 min recovery. 7. Captain’s stretch. 8. Weight Room- work on wall chart exercises -  until 4:30 pm. GO TIGERS!!!
