Tuesday -5/23/2017-W-G O VT&F – REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK – “Pre-meet Day” – WJSA – 2 laps; Hydrants/Fence- 1 lap; Dynamic Stretches/Agilities – 30/60/90 – Sprinters/hurdlers Review all relays with Coach Epp and block starts; then 2x150m curve runs; WB recovery reviewing  curve mechanics; rest 5-10 minutes – 2 x80m accls WB recovery;  LJ – approaches and landings; PV – runway work; new poles. Runners – 400’s as per Coach Hennon’s reps, pace and recovery prescription; Throws – Coach Schnippel. Strides-stretch- cool down as needed. Hydrate/Hydrate. All poles, implements, gear and ATTITUDES ready for tomorrow’s Regional Pre-lims. GO TIGERS!!!
