MONDAY – 5/22/2017 – W-G O VT&F – REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK – “recovery/conditioning day” – WSJA – 2 laps; Hydrants/Fence – 1 lap; 4 station stretch circuit; Core Ex system/Agilities – 30-60-90; Sprints/Jumps – 250-150-80-40 x 2 race pace; Walk back; 10 minutes between sets. Hurdles – 3x200m 5 hurdles; rest then 3 x 150m finish hurdle; 110 hurdles tomorrow. Throws – Coach Schnippel; Runners – Bailie see Coach Hennon Warm-up; Broken mile 1200/ under 80 sec pace; 4:00 or under; -sub 5:20 mile pace; rest 10 -12 minutes then Broken 800 (600/200) –1:44-46  600 m; 1 minute rest then 36 second or better 200. Strides on grass/stretch/cool down. 400’s for Bailietomorrow; Pre meet for S/H/J/ Throws. GO TIGERS!!!
