TUESDAY – 5/16/2017 – W-G OVT&F – DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK – Conditioning Day – 85 degrees – sun screen and water bottle – 3:20 PM  “On the track” 2X’s or 2 laps – WSJA;

6 station stretch circuit; Team Agilities – 30/60/90 – RUNNERS –  400m interval training – Reps, Pace, Recovery-see Coach Hennon; Sprinters and jumpers – “Speed endurance training” – 350-250-150-80 – Race pace; 5 minutes recovery. Hurdlers – Hurdle Warm-ups -  100/110m starts; then3x200m starts and 2x200m finish for 300m hudles. THROWS – Coach Schnippel. EVENTS and Baton work in “pre-meet”  tomorrow. SPRING BANQUET TONIGHT – GO TIGERS!!!
