FRIDAY – 5/5/2017 – W-G OVT&F – “97’ Gym – 3:15 PM – “Conditioning Day” – WSJA – 2 mins; 6 station Stretch Circuit  (Wall, Foam Roll, 4 Stretches, Bands, 4 Exercises, Hydrants) – 2 min jog;  Walking stretches-Coach Horn; Partner Ropes and Planks; - DRINK – 8 minute mile; Agility Tallahassee (Compass,Dots, Back and Forth, Jet weave, Rocket jumps); 6 x Drive stride accelerations; 2 min jog; Team Stretch. WR open until 5 pm. GO TIGERS!!!
