MONDAY – 5/1/2017/ – W-G HS OVT&F  - Spikes, poles, batons -  Week 9 – “Tapering for the Championship Run” – “Recovery/Pre-Meet Day – “On the Track” – 3:20 PM – WSJA – 2 laps; Walking Dynamic Stretches – Coach Horn; Hydrants/Fence – 1 lap; 6 minute mile – Captain’s Agilities – 30/60/90 – DRINK – RUNNERS – 30m run; 4x8 Baton Drill as needed. THROWS – Coach Schnippel;  SPRINTS – Check all relays; Block Drill as needed; then 2x150 – 3 min WB; 2x 80 – 3 Min WB; 2 x 40 race pace. HURDLES – WU, starts; LJ/HJ – Approaches. Vaulters  - on runway weather permitting. Stretch/cool down. All spikes and gear ready for meet tomorrow at Riverside. GO TIGERS!!!
