THURSDAY – 4/27/2017 – W-G OVT&F -  “Conditioning Day” –”On the Track” 3:20 PM -  WJSA – 2 laps; Fence; 1 lap; Captain’s stretch, Captain’s agilities – 30/60/90 – DRINK – RUNNERS Coach Hennon – 10x400m; recovery and race pace see Coach Hennon for you workout details; S/H/J’s – 450-350 at fast cruise pace 5 mins; then 250-150-80 at race pace -  3 min WB recovery. then  6 x 60m accels on grass (barefoot if desired) WB recovery @ 1:30 send-off – cool/down stretch. THROWS –Coach Schnippel. Everyone ready for MS meet assignments tonight. “Pre-meet”tomorrow – Warm-up, events/field event practice and baton drill. . GO TIGERS!!!
