WEDNESDAY – 4/26/2017 – W-G OVT&F – “Recovery/Conditioning Day” – Sunscreen/water bottle – “On the Track” – 3:20 PM – WSJA – 2 laps; Hydrants/Fence/Planks – 1 lap; Dynamic Stretches – Coach Horn; Captain’s agilities – 30/60/90 – DRINK – S/H/J’s – 4 x hill circuit – race pace  3 min send-off; 8x30m hill accels-1 min send-off – 8x 60m accels on FB field – barefoot. Stretch; THROWS – Coach Schnippel; RUNNERS – Coach Hennon – West to East Hill run – Race Pace jog back 2 min send-off – 6x100m strides on grass. Team Stretch. MS and HS Vaulters – spikes and poles on run way-after workout today (@ 4:00-4:15 PM )– Do strides or accels on grass after vaulting. Stretch.  GO TIGERS!!!
