WEDNESDAY – 4/18/2017 – W-G OVT&F – “Recovery/Conditioning Day” – WSJA – 2 laps; Hydrants/then Fence – 1 lap; Captain’s stretch; then  Captain’s agilities – THROWS – Coach Schnippel; RUNNERS – 10x400 Race Pace – Times and pace see Coach Hennon; – S/H/J’s – 350-250-150-80 x 2; 3 minutes/8 minutes between sets; Cool down on grass/stretch. HS & MS Vaulters – spikes and poles on the run way after warm-ups; ; do workout after vault practice. No WR tonight.  “Pre-meet Practice”  tomorrow for Friday’s Tiger Invitational. GO TIGERS!!!
