MONDAY 4/17/2017 – W-G OVT&F –  “Recovery/Pre-Meet Day” – WSJA – 2 laps;  Carpet Hydrants 1st; then Fence;  Walking dynamic Stretches – 1 lap – Coach Horn; 8 Station Strength/Stretch Circuit; Agilities/30/60/90 – DRINK – THROWS- Coach Schnippel; RUNNERS – Recovery Runs-Coach Hennon; S/H/J’s – 4 hill circuits; 8 hill accelerations; sand hops; long stride; drive stride; 6 x 80m Accels barefoot on grass – Team Stretch. Everything ready for Meettomorrow. WR open 4:30-5:30 PM. Hurdlers/Jumpers – A good time to get in some reps on the leg press and bear machines and some lunges, step-ups and box jumps; vaulters-chins, dips, swing ups. (Only 4 weeks until the conference meet!!!) GO TIGERS!!!
