WEDNESDAY – 4/11/2017 –W-G OVT&F – “Recovery/Event Day”  Water bottle/Sunscreen/Spikes/Batons – 3:20 PM - 2 X’s on the grass; Fence – 1 lap; Hurdle Mo – Accel x 6 – 1 lap; Cap’s stretch; Cap’s agility; 30/60/90 Accels – DRINK – Abs and Arms Tallahassee (on the grass) – 8 minute Mile – DRINK – Relay Baton Review for Saturday – EVENTS – THROWS – Coach Schnippel; RUNNERS – 30 min recovery run – 6 x 100 m accels on grass/cool down;  SPRINTS – 6 x 100m accels on grass; Hurdles – Warm-up, 300 m  hurdle start, curve, finish drill x 2 – cool down strides on grass; HJ/LJ/PV event review then 6 x100m stides on grass cool down. NO WR tonight – Event practice. Conditioning DayTomorrow!! GO TIGERS!!!
